Who or what do you really love?
What is your favorite way to relieve stress?
Runner-up stress reliever: really good sex. I want to say Mario Kart DS is next but I haven't seen my cartridge in four months. Librarians, did I inadvertently leave it in Inwood?
I got Jarv a bone with a snacky meat filling, a treat he's never had
before. he was so pleased! My voice is higher in this video than ever
before, so my apologies to your eardrums, if i manage to pierce them.
i.e. three reasons why you really should be my friend on Flickr:
1) Usually Jarvis just ignores things that freak other dogs out, like fireworks displays, but the thunderstorm ten days ago was so loud and so near that he got worried enough to ask to come onto the sofa and sit in my lap for half an hour, which never happens. So cute, with his little lips pursed so tight!
2) He's very good about waiting in stores for me to get things, especially when he gets to wait in airconditioning.
3) Appreciate the most awesome yawn ever. Pink tongue unfurling!
Jarv barks so rarely that I figured I should capture the moment, so here are 29.01 seconds of my dog doing his fortnightly existential barking at nothing bark. I love his bark because it's fairly low pitched and very macho, i.e. not what you'd expect from a small dog, even a fat one. Also: one of his nicknames is wao-wao.
Had dinner at Peter Luger's a few weeks ago with Michael and his friend Michelle, and we got a doggy bag for Mr Dog. If you've never seen me around Jarvis, be warned: my voice goes up an octave or two when we're hanging out, as you will hear in this clip.
